Nintendo Wide Boy. This contraption and other similar models provided a way for developers to view Game Boy games on a TV. The Game Boy game is plugged into a slot on the circuitboard, which is then plugged into the top of a Famicom. Other models interfaced with the Super Famicom or N64. No, I don’t know why they wouldn’t just use a Super Game Boy at that point.
One of these sold on eBay this week for fifteen hundred damn dollars!
