Analog Tetris

Video games are present in our lives for diversion, just like TV and computer games. But they are games which limit exercise activity to our retinas, fingers, hands, and brains.
CODECO proposes that we take one of the most recognized of these games to the level of exercising muscles as well.

So… Gonzolo shot first! Katie Cook (@katiecandraw) does it again! Who knew that Gonzo would look so rad dressed up as Han Solo? This is way too cool!

“Freeze Ray” by Doctor Octoroc, an 8-bit cover of the Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog track. This sounds like a really fun song to explore a charming 8-bit RPG town (from an overhead persepective, of course) to.

Octoroc released a soundtrack and video re-imagining the musical comedy’s first act as an NES-style game. Watch/listen to the entire production here!

Lego Island
The idea for Simon Pillard and Philippe Rossetti’s Lego kitchen sprouted five years ago, when Pillard put 500 blocks and a day’s worth of work into building a Lego-legged chair. The designing duo—who create products together under the name Munchausen—recently gave the seat a colorful companion. They covered their kitchen island—a simple wooden block—–with 20,000 Lego pieces.

Furious Link is ready to rock the GAME OVER III show by Giant Robot from March 12, 2010 to April 14, 2010! Carlos Ramos created this piece, along with the POWER GLOVE, to show his inspiration from video games. I know that I’m inspired!
